Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Lumo Studio and its Universe with Lumo and Health Advice workspaces (the “Studio”), a private AI-assisted content-production and publishing service. By using the Studio, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable terms of every third-party service you connect.

1. Authorized use

You may use the Studio only if you are authorized to access its private account and to use the provider accounts, media, brands and credentials you connect. Keep Studio and provider credentials secure and do not provide access to unauthorized people.

2. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for text, images, music, trademarks, likenesses and other material you upload, generate or publish. Do not use the Studio for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive activity.

3. AI-generated material

The Studio uses AI and third-party generation systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or similar to other material. The Studio provides workflow automation, not a guarantee that any generated statement is factually or legally suitable for publication. Human review remains your responsibility.

Health Advice output is general educational content and is not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance or personal medical advice. It must be reviewed for accuracy and suitability before publication, especially when a topic concerns illness, mental health, medication, smoking, supplements or other higher-risk claims.

4. Connected providers

The Studio may integrate with OpenAI, OpenArt, ElevenLabs, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube and TikTok. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms, policies, quotas, app-review requirements and account rules. A successful connection test does not guarantee that a provider will accept every generation or publication.

5. YouTube API Services

When you connect YouTube, the Studio uses YouTube API Services subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms/Developer Policies and the Google Privacy Policy. You authorize the Studio to identify the connected channel, upload videos and supported thumbnails at your direction, and apply your chosen final video visibility. You can revoke and delete the Studio’s saved YouTube authorization at any time from the Provider API Connections panel.

6. Social publishing

When enabled, the Studio can submit a finished video or feed image together with its prepared title where required, description/caption, hashtags and thumbnail/cover using the capabilities exposed by each platform API. One-off publishing is manual by default; its automatic-upload option applies only to that generation. Calendar publishing requires the owner to enable Autopilot and specific platforms in that workspace. Facebook and Instagram calendar targets may process automatically. Each YouTube calendar target requires separate approval, and each TikTok calendar target requires fresh privacy, interaction, commercial-content and music-rights choices. Social connections are separate for each workspace. Platform-specific rules, app-review/audit status and API restrictions may affect audience settings or whether a post can be public. You remain responsible for the final post.

7. Charges and quotas

Third-party generation and publishing providers may charge fees or consume credits, API quota or other allowances. The Studio may preserve completed assets to avoid unnecessary regeneration, but you are responsible for provider charges associated with your accounts.

8. Availability

APIs and third-party services can change, fail, throttle requests or require new review. The Studio may be updated to maintain compatibility, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Durable local job state is intended to make recovery safer, not to guarantee provider completion.

9. Security

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user’s assets, extract stored credentials or interfere with the Studio, its server or provider APIs. Provider credentials should be entered only into the secured owner-only settings panel.

10. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the service, comply with law or provider requirements, address security issues or prevent misuse. You may stop using the service and disconnect connected providers at any time.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that third-party providers will accept or publish content. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by provider outages, rejected posts, account actions, generated-content errors or unauthorized use of credentials.

12. Changes and governing requirements

These Terms may be updated as the Studio and provider requirements evolve. Continued use after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be directed to the operator through the official Eventuza website/contact channel associated with the service.
